Shipping Time

-Due to High daily order and demand volume with some travel restrictions, our packages are dispatched within 5-10 business days from the date of your order placement. In a lot of cases, much earlier. Estimated time of arrival is 2-3 weeks.

Once your package has been received by Fedex/DHL/USPS a confirmation will be automatically sent to your email.

Note: This is only a rough estimate, most packages arrive within 2 weeks. Please do not contact us with regards to your shipping information before 10 business days of order placement.

Can I resell these products?

-Straight answer: No. Our products are not to be sold in reselling platforms and we do not condone in reselling. Our products are for personal use and for personal collection only. By purchasing our products, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Why do you offer discounts when using a different payment method?

-We offer discounts based on the convenience. Payments like Zelle, Cashapp, and Crypto are extremely effecient on our side, and thus we compensate the use of these payment methods well! Click here to learn more.

Problem with my order

-In an unfortunate event that your order arrived damaged, arrived late, got lost by the courier, etc. Please reach out to customer service first. Problems are usually easily resolved! Simply take a photo of the said package and kindly reach out to us. Please do not issue a chargeback, doing so will result to a permanent Ban and a filed dispute with your bank.

Where are you guys located?

-Our base of operations is proudly based in the Capital of New York, Albany. In order to keep our prices low, our warehouses are located in strategic shipping points of the world- namely: Philippines, China, Taiwan, and the Middle East.

Order Tracking

-Once your order is received by your final courier (Fedex/DHL/USPS) an email will be sent which will include your tracking info. This will take anywhere from 5-10 days of order placement. You can track your package within their website using the information provided in your email address.

Why is everything on sale?

-Our products have a fixed price, the prices you see beside them are the current resell prices in reselling platforms such as StockX and GOAT.

Do you ship world wide?

-Yes! We proudly provide International shipping to over 200+ countries around the globe. 

Customs Duties and Taxes

-In some occasions and countries, customs may charge an import tax on your package. (this is very rare with exception to Canada as they are very strict with importing goods) These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unless our Package Insurance is bought as an "add on" during check out.

In rare cases, customs may for some reason hold your package with no way of getting it back. If ever this happens, we guarantee an exchange for your package when you include our Package insurance.
