Refund and Exchange Policy
To provide a better shopping experience, we are happy to accept returns on any unsatisfied order! Our warranty lasts for 7 days from the date of which your order was received.
Note: If 7 days has gone by since the date that you have received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or a refund.
For Eligible Returns:
1. The item must be unused and must be in the same condition that you have received.
2. Product must be in its original packaging.
3. Our free returns are only applicable for any errors or damages that have been caused by us. Any other return or exchange request will incur a 10% restocking fee.
4. Sizing or any related issue will be given a one-time exchange and will incur a 10% restocking fee. Back shipping will not be covered by us and will be bared by the customer.
Problem with an order:
-In an unfortunate event that your order arrived damaged, arrived late, got lost by the courier, etc. Please reach out to customer service first. Problems are usually easily resolved! Simply take a photo of the said package and kindly reach out to us. Please do not issue a chargeback, doing so will result to a permanent Ban and a filed dispute with your bank.
Cancellation of orders:
1. Order cancellation may be done within 48 hours of order placement.
2. Your order cannot be cancelled if the package has already been shipped out.
